I got a RSS Feed Reader: https://ift.tt/2N4WXV5 would like to display this Layer always on top. I did that with the Setting on Rainmeter: Always on Top.As you see the font is in front of the Tab WindowsBut now i would like that every other Window opens underneath that Rainmeter Layer.So I can see the Tab Window underneath the RSS FeedIs this possible and yes, how?
