Fitness goals ideas? 23 6'1 and weigh 240lbs and has been slowly climbing


I've been going nowhere with my life for a few years now due to being disabled (heart issues) and just recently discovered I have very low testosterone (230total and 70 free) @ 23, went to the gym for months with little results and I don't see a point in trying. Hoping after getting on a TRT regime I'll be able to see a point in trying to work out again.What are some other little things I can do to start my fitness journey? Dieting hasn't done much.
