Conflicted On whether to buy a PS4 Pro or save for a gaming PC.

Hello, everyone.I'm new here, and I really dig this sub. I'm torn on the above topic, and I feel this is the best place to express my feelings on this. I hope someone here can empathise.I have a bit of a problem. I love PlayStation but, I also recognise the superior power of the PC and I'm torn between the two. My last console was the PS2, and I've been looking to get back into gaming seriously for a while now.Looking at some of the exclusives that are coming out this year, it's looking like a really good time to grab a PS4 Pro. Unfortunately, there are a few things about the PS4 that I'm not enthused about:1) The inevitability of a next console: the next PlayStation will be coming out anywhere between 1 and 3 years from now. We don't know for sure that it will be backwards compatible with PS4, and if it isn't, and I do get a PS4, then that's going to be a real problem.2) The relative weakness(in terms of raw power) of the PS4 Pro compared to the PC, resulting in lower frame rates than a powerful gaming rig would.3) The fact that Sony have such a stellar offering of exclusives that create a powerful incentive to get a PS4, even as the machine is demonstrably less powerful than the kind of PC I'm considering. This should be a slam dunk....but that Spiderman tho.4) The lack of future proofing on the PS4. This console generation is already coming to an end. A beast PC overall offers the ability to play virtually any game for years to come. At worst, one may have to lower the settings to keep frame rates high, or upgrade the GPU.I know I seem to be leaning towards the PC, but frankly I'm pretty much bang in the middle. I'm eager to hear from anybody on this. I'm at my wit's end.
