Is Runnan and Rageblade good on Ashe in season 8 ?

Recently, the meta is changed from late to mid game. The Highest winrate champs right now (patch 8.2) are Kog'maw and Varus with Runnan and Rageblade are their core build. So i wonder if Ashe can use that build again like she did back in season 6 ?
