How to monitor my internet

Guys i know this sounds strange, but it is just a simple question. How to know what information is going out and coming in my pc?Actually I'm looking for a program that can monitor other programs and show me this program send this data to that ip and got back this data. If possible, the program can also send the data i want to that server.I know it's possibly a strange request but it's mostly for fun😀😀
