How is RC4 compared to other RCs/USP college?

I got a RC4 offer a year ago and will return to NUS in the incoming academic year. There are quite many people discussing Tembusu and USP but not so much about RC4. Anyone from RC4 can shed light on its life and culture?Thank you!
