Maybe i'm stupid or just missing something, but i used EEDB.io to find a station that will allow me to sell some illicit cargo, but when i get there the station shows the black market as being unavailable? The system is not in any faction state right now, so it's probably not that. did the update make you need a certain reputation to access black markets?
