Is there a libre app that would allow me to write notes on my lockscreen without unlocking and with minimal touches to get there

For e.g. when I load google maps (bad example because its not libre) it still has a 'lock screen' mode when the device sleeps that has just function to maps. I'm looking for a libre app with a similar feature but for taking notes and voice recording. I would like to take the same type of taking over the lock screen mode.The main idea behind this is that I can easily check what I just wrote down multiple times without having to press more than the one button - the power button, then hopefully I could just get to the home screen from that by fingerprint from there?
