Hi all,Not sure if there's a different sub for Ottawa Real Estate. My husband and I are looking for a good Mortgage Broker.We have been looking at buying a house in Gatineau or Hull. Houses on the Quebec side are way cheaper than Ottawa. Downside would be the commute.Anyway, if we bought it Quebec, would we need a broker from there? Or would some Ottawa brokers be able to help in both provinces?Any ideas would be greatly appreciated :)
